Our herd is built on a foundation of sound, functional cows that work in a real world setting.
Emberson Show Cattle started over 20 years ago with the purchase a Chiangus show heifer from Horsley Bros in Illinois, since that time we have continued to grow our herd while never losing focus on our number one goal; quality.
The purchase of HXC Tiffany in1995 signaled the true start of our operation. Her win at the National Western in 1997 was our first taste of success on a national level, since that time we have been fortunate enough to visit the winners circle at virtually every major open stock show in the country.
Today we are proud to still have genetics that go back to the original show heifer purchased over 20 years ago, we are also proud that the majority of the cows in our herd carry the ECAX herd prefix.
Our focus remains on breeding outstanding composite seedstock and quality affordable show steers for junior exhibitors.
